Special Study Support for Eligible 65/20 Applicants
Applicants who are age 65 or older AND have been lawful permanent residents for at least 20 years may qualify for the USCIS 65/20 special consideration.
Who It May Apply To
Both conditions must be met — age 65 or older and at least 20 years as a lawful permanent resident.
Eligible learners may study the 20 specially marked civics questions and may take the civics test in the language of their choice.
