These terms apply to the Amerivio mobile app and the amerivio.com website. By downloading, installing, or using Amerivio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or the website.

Amerivio is an educational study-preparation tool that helps learners study civics material, practice answering questions, listen to study audio, and track their own readiness. It is not an application service, a filing service, or a substitute for official USCIS materials and instructions.

Nothing in the app or on this website is legal advice. Amerivio is not a law firm, does not represent applicants, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using it. For advice about your individual immigration situation, consult a licensed attorney or an accredited representative.

Amerivio is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or reviewed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Homeland Security, or any other government agency. Official government content remains the property of its source and is used only for study purposes.

Using Amerivio does not guarantee that you will pass the civics test or that your naturalization application will be approved. Readiness scores, Known Questions counts, and mock-test results are internal study metrics only and do not represent an official USCIS score or prediction.

Civics answers can change after elections and appointments, and study material is updated over time. We work to keep current-answer content accurate and show verification notices, but you are responsible for confirming current answers and official requirements with USCIS before your interview.

Spanish, Simplified Chinese, and Portuguese support — including study audio — is provided for convenience. Where a translation is not an official USCIS translation, it is labeled as a study translation and must not be represented as official. Testing conducted by USCIS is oral and in English unless you qualify for an exception.

Amerivio does not require an account. Profile and study data are stored on your device, and you are responsible for the device and for the accuracy of the profile details you enter, including age and years as a lawful permanent resident used to unlock 65/20 study mode. Entering inaccurate details may show study modes that do not apply to you.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, republish, or resell Amerivio content or audio
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app except where law permits
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Submit false, abusive, or unlawful content through our website forms
• Use Amerivio to provide legal or immigration services to others

The Amerivio name, logo, interface, practice distractors, study audio, readiness system, and original written content are owned by Amerivio and its project owner and are protected by applicable law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Amerivio for your own study. Official government source material is treated according to applicable public-domain and government-source rules.

Distribution, device speech recognition, hosting, and related services are provided by third parties such as Google and, in the future, Apple. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. Amerivio is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.

Amerivio is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amerivio and its project owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost opportunity, delay, denial, or cost related to an immigration application, arising from your use of the app or website.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, study content, or the service itself at any time, including during pre-launch and early releases.

You may stop using Amerivio at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required to protect the service or its users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the project owner operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

We may update these terms as Amerivio evolves. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
